Man sent to prison for drug, weapon convictions

A Morris man was sentence to more than four years in prison for drug and weapon charges in relation to a February 2012 incident.

Ryan D. Linn, 33, of 715 1/2 Liberty St., was sentenced Thursday, Jan. 10, in Grundy County Circuit Court to spend four years and nine months at Illinois Department of Corrections. He will receive credit for 332 days in prison, ranging from Feb. 14, 2012 to Jan. 10, 2012. He also must pay $1,265 in court costs and fees.
