Five people hospitalized after I-55 semi accident Monday
(MCT) — PONTIAC — Five people were hospitalized after a car-semitrailer truck accident on Interstate 55 about two miles north of Pontiac, state police said Tuesday.
Taken to OSF Saint James-John W. Albrecht Medical Center, Pontiac, were: semi driver Otis C. Thompson, 50, Country Club Hills; semi passenger Bobby G. Scott Jr., 39, Chicago; car driver Charmane L. Stancil, 24, Bloomington; and a 4-year-old boy and 5-year-old girl who were in Stancil’s car. Another car passenger, Jeremy L. Rodriguez, 25, Chicago, was not hospitalized.
