WILMINGTON, Ill. — Carol "Kay" Rae Sullivan, 78, formerly of Wilmington, Ill., passed away Monday, Dec. 31, 2012, in Florida.

Cremation rites have been accorded, per Kay's wishes. The family will receive friends on Monday, Jan. 21, 2013, from 4 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 7 p.m. in Freitag-Reeves & Baskerville Funeral Home, 700 East Kahler Road, Wilmington. Deacon Don Dyer from Saint Rose Catholic Church in Wilmington will officiate.

A private family inurnment will follow in Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Wilmington, where Kay will be laid to rest with her late husband, Jim.
