Authorities seek assistance solving Jugtown Road residential burglary

Crime Stoppers of Grundy County is seeking information regarding a residential burglary report received by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department.

The incident occurred sometime during the daytime hours between 9:30 a.m. and 2:10 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, at 3815 N. Jugtown Road, Morris.

Taken in the burglary were several vintage rifles and shotguns, a Kindle Fire, Coach purses and various jewelry, some described as pink stones and cancer survivor colors/designs.

Callers providing information to the Crime Stoppers Line at (815) 942-9667 will remain anonymous.

Rewards of up to $5,000 are eligible for persons who provide information that leads to an arrest and filing of criminal charges on crime occurring in Grundy County.
