• John Loftis, 53, of Streator, was arrested by LaSalle County Sheriff’s police Jan. 20 on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident. He posted bond and was released.
• Joshua L. Spence, 30, of LaSalle, was arrested by LaSalle County Sheriff’s police Jan. 19 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding. He was taken to jail, posted bond and released.
