JOLIET, Ill. — The Screaming Norwegians concert originally scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 27, has been rescheduled for 3 p.m. Sunday, March 10, due to the sudden passing of Dr. Thomas Liley of Joliet Junior College’s music program.
