Alyssa Nicole Swyndro

COAL CITY, Ill. — Miss Alyssa Nicole Swyndro, 16, of Coal City, Ill., passed away Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, as result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

Born April 1, 1996, in Joliet, Ill., Alyssa was a daughter of the late Aimee' Swyndro and Corey Wilson. She was a junior at Coal City High School and currently held employment with Subway in Morris.
 
Survivors include her maternal grandmother, Karen Swyndro of Coal City; paternal grandparents Sue Wolff and Floyd Wilson, both of Joliet; maternal great-grandmother Marcella Maly of Kansas; paternal great-grandmother MaryAnn D'Amico of Joliet; two sisters, Alexis Wampler and Brianna Stapleton; an aunt, Heidi Boyd of Coal City; and numerous great aunts, great uncles, cousins and friends.
