Mrs. Genevieve I. Haldorson, 81, of Morris, Ill., passed away Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, at Walnut Grove in Morris.

Born July 5, 1931, in Morris, Genevieve was a daughter of the late Theodore and Jeanette Enerson-Milton. She was raised and educated in Morris and, on Jan. 6, 1955, Genevieve married Robert Haldorson in California.

She worked for over 25 years in the Housekeeping Department at Morris Hospital until her retirement, and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Morris. Genevieve had a love for bingo, and will be especially remembered as a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother, who cherished spending time with her immediate and extended family.
