SATURDAY SENTINEL: There's been plenty to write about

Well, it's hard to believe but its already postseason time for high school teams. The girls are underway in basketball and wrestling is playing in sectional competition today. After this weekend, the bowling season is over, and in two days, Major League Baseball pitchers and catchers report.

Before you know it, the area baseball and softball teams will be throwing out the first pitch of the season.

This is generally my favorite time of the winter season, though it is also the most busy. Trying to find a way to get all of the results of the Grundy County teams is also a challenge in the day and age of tightened budgets.
