TRAFFIC COURT
• Kristopher C. Surber, 22, of 759 E. Washington, Morris, pleaded guilty to going 31 to 39 mph over the speed limit. Surber was fined $300. He was cited Jan. 2, 2013, by Grundy County Sheriff’s deputies while traveling eastbound in his Pontiac G6 on Dupont Road, a quarter mile west of Dwight Road. He was clocked going 90 mph in a 55 mph zone.
