Grundy County

• William E. Compton, 25, of Frankfort, was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s police Feb. 12 in Gardner on charges of aggravated battery and resisting a police officer. Compton was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He will appear in court March 11.

• Raymond B. Hunt, 40, 9065 N. Dresden Dr., was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s police Feb. 13 on a charge of driving while license suspended and cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Hunt posted bond and was released with a March 4 court date.
