KENDALL COUNTY

• Juan M. Castellano, 18, of Newark, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police Feb. 17 on charges unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of cannabis.

• Annette R. Fifer, 60, of Morris, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police Feb. 15 on a charge of driving while license suspended. She was also cited for having no front registration plate, failure to notify the state of a change of address, expired registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
