MORRIS

• Robert B. McGrath Jr., 26, of Seneca, was arrested by Morris police Feb. 17 and booked into the Grundy County Jail on a charge of driving under the influence. He was also cited for improper lane usage and failure to yield for an emergency vehicle.

• Bradly A. Walls, 27, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police Feb. 17 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and was cited on charges of speeding, improper lane usage, failure to notify the state of change of name/address, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He posted bond and was released with a March 11 court date.

• Donald Conrad Hall, 46, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police Feb. 15 and booked into the Grundy County Jail on a charge of violating an order of protection. He was arrested at Morris Public Library following an investigation of the incident.

• Jeffery Backus, 18, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police Feb. 14 on a Grundy County warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of obstructing/resisting a peace officer. He posted bond and was released with a court date.

• Paul Hauck was arrested by Morris police Feb. 14 on a Grundy County warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of domestic battery. He posted bond and was released with a March 11 court date.

• Eric D. Douglas, 50, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police Feb. 12 on a Grundy County warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of contempt of court. He posted bond at the scene of his arrest and was given a March 6 court date.
