McGrath’s attorney said Monday he found the neighbors’ complaints interesting since some of them had utilized McGrath’s repair services.

Mel, your bottom line is the point in this case - disturbing the peace; I do agree with that. I must say I would get tired of that as I do with my neighbor's barking dog that won't shut up. I stand corrected.
