LyondellBasell employees fill We Care’s food pantry

$650 donation used to purchase more than 5,400 pounds of food

LyondellBasell employees donated $650 to help We Care of Grundy County purchase 5,406 pounds of food from Northern Illinois Food Bank and provided volunteers Friday, Feb. 22, to unload the truck and stock the shelves.

“It’s so gratifying that after six years of this partnering with We Care to fill the pantry. It’s wonderful  to see the enthusiasm in supporting and assisting with these food deliveries hasn’t diminished,” said Larry Zazeski of LyondellBasell. “ We enjoy this opportunity to help provide food to those in greatest need in our community.”

I'm in favor of anything that will help improve school finances
I will support it if it helps to lower my property taxes
I oppose it because I don't believe it will impact property taxes and I will just pay twice
I'm against any additional taxes
I have not heard enough yet to form an opinion
