Back in hospital, Marsh faces aggravated DUI charge
A Chicago man has been charged with aggravated driving under the influence after he allegedly drove drunk and in the wrong direction on Interstate 80, killing a Bridgeview man.
Rodgerick Q. Marsh, 30, was brought to the Grundy County Jail at about 4:30 p.m. Monday, but by Tuesday morning he was taken to Morris Hospital because his injuries were bleeding, said Grundy County Sheriff Kevin Callahan.
