William H. Knop

COAL CITY, Ill. — Mr. William H. Knop, 70, of Coal City, Ill., passed away on March 5, 2013, at his home. 
A lifelong resident of the Joliet and Coal City area, Bill retired from ComEd after 35 years of service. He was also a lifelong Cubs and Bears fan, and a loving papa and dad.

He is survived by his wife, Janice; four children, Lisa (Scott) Heren, Christopher Knop, Ami (Mike) Ullrich. and Bill (Jen) Knop; three step-children; nine grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; a sister, Willa Jean Aldworth; and his dog, Dupont.
