Police Report: Grundy County

Cody J. Libs, 21, of Wilmington, was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s Police March 6 on charges of possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and unlawful possession of a syringe or hypodermic needle. Libs was taken to county jail to await a bond hearing.

Jaime Acosta, 48, of Diamond, was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s police and booked March 6 on a charge of failure to appear for driving while license suspended. Acosta received a March 25 court date.
