Despite warning, no significant flooding
Alert in effect until 7 p.m. Tuesday
The Grundy County Emergency Management Agency expects only minor flooding in Morris Tuesday after the National Weather Service issued a flood warning for the county.
According to Joe Schroeder, deputy director of the Grundy County EMA, the Illinois River is expected to rise to about 16.2 feet as snow melts.
