Morris High agrees to shared busing plan
Dist. 101, Dist. 54 to use Saratoga as provider, all will save money
The Morris Community High School District 101 school board approved joining forces with Saratoga School District 60C and Morris Elementary School District 54 for school bus transportation that would save the districts money.
Through the Shared Services Committee, the districts researched the possible cost savings by sharing this service. Monday, Morris High’s board approved going into a five-year agreement, pending legal review of it, and the other two districts’ approvals. Saratoga and Morris elementary boards meet next week.
