Morris library to hold driver safety program
The Morris Area Public Library will hold an AARP sponsored Driver Safety Program on both Tuesday, April 16 and Wednesday, April 17, from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Both days must be attended. The cost is $12 for AARP cardholders and $14 for non-AARP cardholders.
Why take this course? Cars have changed. So have traffic rules, driving conditions and the roads people travel every day.
Some drivers who are 50 years of age or older have never looked back since they got their first driver’s licenses, but even the most experienced drivers can benefit from brushing up on their driving skills.
By taking a driver safety course, you’ll learn the current rules of the road, defensive driving techniques and how to operate your vehicle more safely in today’s increasingly challenging driving environment.
The Morris Area Public Library is located at 604 Liberty St. in Morris.
