Court Roundup

Donald Conrad Hall, 46, 3880 W. Stockdale Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of violating an order of protection from last month. He was fined $175 and was sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge, a mental health evaluation and he served 64 days in jail. Another charge of violating an order of protection was dismissed pending his plea agreement.

Steven E. Mack, 47, of Dwight, pleaded guilty to a June 30 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was sentenced to 24 months conditional discharge, five days in jail, 100 hours of community service and ordered to attend the Victim Impact Panel. He was also fined $685 and given credit for one day in jail. A charge of disregarding a stop sign was dismissed pending his plea agreement.
