Suit against park district transferred to Will County
The Grundy County Circuit Court approved a motion to transfer a Channahon Park District court case to the Will County court system.
Patrick Sullivan, on behalf of his minor son, is suing the Channahon Park District after an employee allegedly collided with his son while skating at Skateland last October.
