Phothisen, 48, both of Lowell, MA, were sentenced to three years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for a Nov. 15 charge of unlawful possession of cannabis with the intent to deliver. Yonn was ordered to pay more than $700 in court fines and costs and Phothisen more than $1,200.
