Suit filed by mother against man dismissed
A case where a mother was suing a man for running over her daughter was voluntarily dismissed this week.
Last July, Amber Cohn, of Morris, filed suit against Eric W. Robison, of Norridge, who allegedly struck her 6-year-old daughter while she was riding her bicycle in March 2012.
