Chester P. Zolkiewicz of Diamond, pleaded guilty to an Oct. 11 charge of retail theft and a Nov. 9 charge of criminal trespass to land. He received 12 months court supervision for each charge and was fined almost $300 for the charges. He was also ordered to stay away from Berkot’s in Coal City.
Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams from Dec. 6 were dismissed this week against Kyle J. Kettmann, 20, of Coal City after he completed counseling and education.
