Chester P. Zolkiewicz of Diamond, pleaded guilty to an Oct. 11 charge of retail theft and a Nov. 9 charge of criminal trespass to land. He received 12 months court supervision for each charge and was fined almost $300 for the charges. He was also ordered to stay away from Berkot’s in Coal City.

Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams from Dec. 6 were dismissed this week against Kyle J. Kettmann, 20, of Coal City after he completed counseling and education.

A Feb. 14 charges of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams and drug paraphernalia were dismissed against Kenny E. Schiradelly, 40, of Coal City.

A Feb. 15 charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor was dismissed against John J. Kren, 19, 830 Granville.

Christopher K. Rose, 23, of Gardner, pleaded guilty to a Nov. 6 charge of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams. He was sentenced to 12 months court supervision and fined $610. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed pending his plea agreement.

Martin D. Vera-Luevano, 31, 214 Adam St., pleaded guilty to a Sept. 10 charge of driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 12 months court supervision and fined $500.

Melissa N. Fatlan, 1777 W. Anne Lane, pleaded guilty to a Dec. 14 charge of driving while license revoked. She was sentenced to 24 months court supervision and fined $1,000. Pending her plea agreement, charges of disregarding a traffic control device, failure to notify change of address, improper traffic lane usage, and another charge of driving while license revoked were dismissed.

Juan P. Perez, 24, 317 Lincoln St., pleaded guilty to a Sept. 3 charge of driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 24 months court supervision, fined $174 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with work release. A Dec. 1 charge of driving while license suspended and a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle were dismissed pending the plea agreement.

Brad M. Oram, 54, of Coal City, pleaded guilty to a Nov. 23 charge of driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to six months court supervision and fined $300. A Dec. 12 charge of driving while license suspended was dismissed pending the plea agreement.
