Tessa Marie Sexton, 27, of Yorkville, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police March 11 on charges of obstructing identification and the body writ. Deputies were investigating four suspicious persons in the roadway and determined that Sexton was wanted on an active body writ out of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. Sexton provided deputies with a false name at the scene. She was taken to Kendall County jail.

A 23-year old Montgomery man was arrested on warrant by Kendall County Sheriff’s police March 7 on two counts of aggravated battery. Justin Gribble allegedly struck the victim several times in the head with a blunt object at a residence last September. Kendall County detectives began an investigation into the matter and on March 1 issued a warrant for Gribble’s arrest. Gribble was taken to Kendall County jail with a bond of $20,000, with 10 percent to apply.
