A 43-year-old man turned himself in to Morris police Monday on a charge of disorderly conduct after exposing his genitals at the Citgo gas station on Washington Street.

Roger Martin, of 718 Kiersted Street, allegedly entered the gas station with his genitals out around 6:45 p.m. on March 28.

According to Deputy Police Chief Harvey Van Cleave, there was no verbal harrassment. Martin posted bond and was released with an April 29 court date.
