Heather J. Haynes, 29, 1085 Westwood Dr., was convicted of a Dec. 5, 2010 charge of retail theft, a Class 4 felony. Haynes committed theft from Big R in Morris and had previous convictions of theft in Grundy County. She was sentenced to 120 days in the Grundy County Jail with credit for 2 days, 100 hours community service, 30 months probation, and ordered to pay about $500 in fines and court costs.

Charles P. Armstrong, 22, of Coal City, pleaded guilty to a Dec. 20, 2011 charge of possession of cannabis. He was sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge and ordered to pay more than more $600 in court fines and costs.

Robert A. Angone, 21, of Boling-brook, was sentenced to four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for a June 7, 2011 charge of delivery of a controlled substance. He was given credit for 14 days in jail. He also was ordered to pay more than $2,500 in court fines and costs.
