Terrie M. Gallegos, 35, of Coal City, was arrested by Coal City police April 24 on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked.
La Salle County

Sheila R. Malone, 23, of Chicago, was arrested by La Salle County Sheriff’s police April 22 on charges of DUI, speeding 73 MPH in a 55 MPH zone and illegal transportation of alcohol.

Grundy County

Fernando Vasquez, 33, of Morris, was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s police April 25 on a charge of driving while license suspended. Vasquez posted bond and was released with a May 20 court date.

Katherine M. Mahoney, 24, of Channahon, was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s police and booked into county jail April 26 on a charge of contempt of court.

Joseph L. Schmitt, 30, of Morris, was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s police and booked into county jail April 26 on a La Salle County warrant. Schmitt was transferred to La Salle County jail.

Morris

Jessica Leney Cole, 32, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police April 22 on a charge of retail theft. Cole posted bond and was released with a May 13 court date.

Michael J. Cook, 40, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police April 23 on a charge of DUI. Cook was also cited for improper lane usage, DUI with a BAC over .08, illegal transportation of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams. Cook posted bond and was released with a May 20 court date.

Timothy Scaman, 35, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police April 25 on a charge of domestic battery. Scaman was taken to Grundy County jail to await a bond hearing.

Mark Paul, 49, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police April 25 on a charge of obstructing a peace officer. Paul posted bond.

Kendall County

Kina Lashona Miller, 27, of Yorkville, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police April 24 on a charge of driving while license suspended. Miller was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to properly secure a child under eight-years old and operating a vehicle with expired registration.

Matthew M. Grogan, 46, of Yorkville, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police April 25 on a charge of domestic battery.
