Grundy grand jury returns indictments against 10

On May 1, the Grundy County Circuit Court Grand Jury returned the following indictments, according to information provided by Grundy County State’s Attorney Jason Helland

He reminds the public a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Jason Bradley, 34, of Morris, was indicted for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a Class 4 felony.

Lester Bushue, 41, of Godley, was indicted for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, a Class 1 felony.

Roschelle Castiglione, 41, of Barlett, was indicted for driving while license is revoked, a Class 2 felony.

Matthew Housman, 21, of Diamond, was indicted for residential burglary, a Class 1 felony.

Justin Keskel, 25, of New Lenox, was indicted for aggravated criminal sexual abuse, a Class 2 felony.

Timothy Lenz, 53, of Berkeley, Calif., was indicted for unlawful possession of cannabis, a Class 4 felony.

Jason Maple, 21, of Godley, was indicted for unlawful distribution of a look-alike substance, a Class 3 felony.

Peter McGrath, 36, of Morris, was indicted for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a Class 4 felony.

Hector Quinones, 31, of Chicago, was indicted for driving while license is revoked, a Class 4 felony.

Ryne Wallace, 26, of Minooka, was indicted for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, a Class 2 felony.
