CHANNAHON

• Juan L. Mitchell, 24, of Indiana, was arrested by Channahon police April 30 on an outstanding warrant out of Grundy County. Mitchel posted bond and was released.

• Thomas M. Sheridan II, 37, and Brittani M. Kotlar-Sheridan, 27, both of Channahon, were arrested by Channahon police April 30 on charges of domestic battery.

• Brian W. Amato, 33, of Rockdale, was arrested by Channahon police April 28 on charges of DUI, aggravated DUI without driver’s license, driving while license suspended and improper lane usage.

GRUNDY COUNTY

• Dakota J. Jones, 19, of Minooka, was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s police and booked into county jail April 27 on a drug court violation for burglary.

• Katherine M. Mahoney, 24, of Channahon, was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s police and booked into county jail April 26 on a charge of contempt of court.

MINOOKA

• David V. Yates, 44, of Minooka, was arrested by Minooka police at 2:46 a.m. May 1 on a charge of domestic battery. He was arrrested at a residence in the 300 block of Grande Drive in Minooka. Yates was taken to Will County jail to await a hearing.

• Aaron J. Pouncy, 19, of Channahon, was cited at 4:02 p.m. April 13 by Minooka police for unlawful possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams. He was cited in the 1300 block of S. Wabena Avenue and released.

• Jason Gierich, 35, of Minooka was arrested April 11 by Minooka police for driving under the influence, illegal transportation of alcohol and exhibition driving. He was charged in the 800 block of S. Ridge Road in Minooka. He posted bond and was released.

• James Kenneth Siegler, 48, of Lacona, Ill., was arrested by Minooka police April 29 on a charge of driving while his license was suspended. He was arrested at 10:48 p.m. at the 200 block of Ridge Road and Grainger Way in Minooka.

• Allan William Beckman, 48, of Minooka, was arrested by Minooka police April 28 on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

• Jessica R. Hutchison, 18, of Shorewood, was cited for speeding. She was ticketed May 2 by Minooka police at County Line Road and Holt Road in Minooka.

• Alyssa Marie Sylvester, 21, of Minooka, was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was cited May 2 by Minooka police at 16803 N. Ridge Road at Fair Lane in Minooka.

• Karen L. Urban, 34, of Minooka, was cited for unlawful use of a wireless phone in a construction zone. She was cited May 2 by Minooka police at 119 S. Ridge Road at Industrial Drive in Minooka.

• Matthew C. Peterson, 36, of Channahon, was cited May 2 by Minooka police for speeding. He was ticketed at 17845 N. Ridge Road and Midpoint Road in Minooka.

• Alan C. Ferry, 46, of Channahon, was cited April 27 by Minooka police for disobeying a stop sign. He was ticketed at 8450 McEvilly Road and Wabena Avenue in Minooka.

• A 17-year-old female from Channahon was cited May 2 for speeding. She was ticketed by Minooka police at 520 E. Wapella St. at Rivers Edge Drive in Minooka.

• A 17-year-old male from Channahon was ticketed May 1 by Minooka police for failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was cited at 321 McEvilly Road and Ridge Road in Minooka.

• A 17-year-old male from Channahon was cited April 28 by Minooka police for Graduated D1: Operating outside a permitted restriction. He was ticketed at 8998 McEvilly Road and Bell Road in Minooka.

• A 17-year-old female from Minooka was cited April 27 by Minooka police for speeding. She was cited at 7799 E. U.S. 6 at Waters Edge Drive in Minooka.

• Ryne Wallace, 26, of Minooka, was indicted by the Grundy County Circuit Court Grand Jury for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, a Class 2 felony.
