A Nov. 6 possession of a controlled substance charge, a class 4 felony, against Ashley N. Haase, 25, was dismissed.

Roberto G. Rodriguez, 33, of Coal City, pleaded guilty to a March 10 charge of driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 24 months court supervision, ordered to attend the Victim Impact Panel and fined $1,600. Charges of resisting an officer, driving on the wrong side of the road, disregarding a stop sign and speeding 21-25 mph over the limit were dismissed pending the plea agreement.

William D. Lee, 33, of Minooka, pleaded guilty and was fined $500 to an April 12 charge of obstructing identification and driving while license suspended. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis and operating an uninsured motor vehicle were dismissed pending the plea agreement.

Bryan A. Kerr, 44, of Minooka, pleaded guilty to a March 23 charge of driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 24 months court supervision, 100 hours community service, to attend the Victim Impact Panel and fined $1,600. A charge of improper traffic lane usage was dismissed pending his plea agreement.

Megan M. Fleetwood, 20, 716 Armstrong St., pleaded guilty to an April 14 possession of drug paraphernalia charge. She was fined $910 and sentenced to six months court supervision.

Jonathan C. Eplin, 1887 E. Anne Lane, pleaded guilty to a possession of cannabis charge, 2.5 grams or less. He was fined $300 and sentenced to six months court supervision.

Todd A. Fitch of Mazon, pleaded guilty to a charge of battery. He was sentenced to 12 months court supervision and fined $350. A second charge of battery was dismissed pending the plea agreement.

Helen R. Lacey, 46, of Diamond, pleaded guilty to an April 16 charge of possession of cannabis, 2.5 grams or less. She was fined $610 and sentenced to six months court supervision.

Veronica A. Shannon, 19, 1001 Green Acres Dr., pleaded guilty to an April 15 charge of possession of cannabis, 10-30 grams. She was fined $810 and sentenced to 12 months court supervision. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed pending her plea agreement.

Jason R. Brooks, 33, of South Wilming-ton, pleaded guilty to a July 19 charge of battery when he touched a female in a private place. He was sentenced to two years probation, has to conform with the sex offender registry and was fined $350.

Aaron Griffin, 35, of Mazon, pleaded guilty to a Feb. 5 charge of driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 24 months court supervision, fined $1,600 and ordered to attend the Victim Impact Panel.A charge of driving on the wrong side of the road was dismissed pending his plea agreement.
