Alleged argument at party leads to a domestic battery charge

Josh P. Dean, 20, of Minooka, was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s police May 12 on a charge of domestic battery.

Dean allegedly held his girlfriend down and punched her during an argument at a party. The victim allegedly stabbed him twice in the arm with a small knife in self-defense.

Dean was treated for non-life threatening injuries and is being held at Grundy County jail to await a bond hearing.
