Mitchell T. Leake, 21, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police May 31 on a charge of possession of a firearm without requisite FOID card and cited for improper display of license plates and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Leake posted bond and was released with a June 24 court date.

Lisa M. Guillen, 30, of Calumet City, was arrested by Morris police May 31 on a warrant out of Woodford County. Guillen posted bond and was released with a July 3 court date.

Ricky Lemus, 22, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police June 1 on a charge of DUI and cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Michael Honiotes, 44, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police June 1 on a charges of obstructing a police officer and resisting a police officer.

John M. Rodgers, 39, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police June 2 on a charge of aggravated battery to a police officer. Rodgers is being held at Grundy County jail.

Michael V. Panti, 30, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police on a La Salle County failure to appear warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Channahon

Daniel J. Rice, 20, of Morris, was arrested by Channahon police May 23 on charges of DUI, DUI-drugs and possession of a controlled substance. Rice was also cited for improper stopping on a roadway, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and defective windshield.

Michael J. Moreno, 26, of Joliet, was arrested by Channahon police May 25 on a charge of criminal damage to property.

Larry Johnson, 48, of Aurora, was arrested by Channahon police May 26 on an outstanding warrant out of Fayette County.

Thomas M. Wolniak, 27, of Channahon, was arrested by Channahon police May 28 on charges of domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of a domestic battery.

Bradly R. Tomala, 27, of Aurora, was arrested by Channahon police June 1 on charges of DUI, DUI-drugs and DUI with a BAC of .08 or more. Tomala was also cited for improper lane usage, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis less than two grams and improper turn.

Steven D. Melzer, 20, of Channahon, was arrested by Channahon police June 2 on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Melzer was cited for improper lane usage and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Jonathan M. Rodriguez, 35, of Minooka, was arrested by Channahon police June 2 on charges of DUI and DUI with a BAC of .08 or more and cited for improper lane usage and speeding.

Grundy County

Rosa Del Carmen Toledo, 23, of Heyworth, was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s police June 3 on a charge of driving while license suspended. Toledo posted bond and was released with a July 1 court date.

Lonny Neiheisel, 41, of Coal City, was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s police June 3 on a charge of violating an order of protection.

Cody T. Johnson, 19, of Morris, was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s police and booked into county jail June 4 on a failure to appear warrant for dumping garbage.

Timothy L. Porth, 54, of Gardner, was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s police and booked into county jail June 4 on charges of aggravated battery, driving while license revoked and a failure to appear warrant out of Livingston County for violating probation.

Kendall County

Marcus Mason Bladel, 18, of Glendale Heights, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police June 4 on a charge of speeding in excess of 31 MPH over the posted speed limit.

Israel Leal, 22, of Aurora, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police June 3 on a charge of driving without a valid driver’s license and cited for failing to signal when required.

Lindsay T. Behrens, 25, of Montgomery, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police June 2 on a charge of driving while license suspended and cited for speeding.

David Romero, 25, of Ci- cero, was arrested by Ken-dall County Sheriff’s police June 2 on charges of driving while license suspended and speeding in excess of 31 MPH over the posted speed limit. Romero was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Doniec Grzegorz, 28, of Plainfield, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police June 2 on a charge of driving while license suspended and cited for speeding.

Five Plano residents were arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police on underage drinking charges June 1 after allegedly driving drunk in Kendall Township.

The driver, Dakota Ewald Malert, 20, was charged with DUI, unlawful consumption of alcohol and unlawful possession of alcohol.

Travis Atone Schmid, Ian Basil Johnson, Tyler James Debolt, each age 20, and Tyler Charles Vacca, 19, were charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol.
