Sexual assault suspect among those indicted

Grand jury returns indictments against 9 suspects

On June 5, the Grundy County Circuit Court Grand Jury returned indictments against nine individuals. Grundy County State’s Attorney Jason Helland is reminding the public a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Those indicted include:

Ryan R. Johnson, Jr., 20, of Morris, was indicted for 4 counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault, all Class X felonies, and 2 counts of criminal sexual assault, both Class 1 felonies.

Joe Budnick, 29, of Aurora, was in- dicted for unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, a Class 2 felony.

Valerie Hnetkovsky, 47, of Braidwood, was indicted for unlawful possession of heroin, a Class 4 felony.

Lucy Ingram, 50, of Coal City, was indicted for unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, a Class 3 felony; unlawful possession of more than 30 grams, but less than 500 grams, of cannabis, a Class 4 felony; and possession of ammunition without a FOID card, a Class A misdemeanor.

Lonnell D. Jones, 40, of Toledo, Ohio, was indicted for unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, a Class 1 felony, and unlawful possession of more than 2,000 grams, but less than 5,000 grams,of cannabis, a Class 2 felony.

Mark Sailliez, 51, of Morris, was indicted for two counts of driving while license is revoked, both Class 4 felonies.

Timothy Tonkin, 24, of Morris, was indicted for unlawful possession of a cocaine, a Class 4 felony.

Nicholas Winchester, 22, of Morris, was indicted for aggravated battery on a public way, a Class 3 felony.

Smokey Wrona, 33, of Peru, was indicted for unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, a Class 2 felony, and unlawful possession of more than 500 grams, but less than 2,000 grams, of cannabis, a Class 3 felony.
