Interact Club earns two awards at Rotary International event

The Morris Community High School Interact Club earned two honors from the Rotary International District 6450 at the District Conference.

The first award was the President’s Award, which is from Rotary International President Sakuji Tanaka. The Interact Club had to qualify in several areas in International Service, District Service, Community Service and service within the school to receive this award.

The second award is the Youth Service Award, which was given for the work done at the Veteran’s Stand Down Day, where members of the Morris Interact Club helped the veterans pick out coats.
