Anna Mae Residori

REDDICK, Ill. — Mrs. Anna Mae (King) Residori, 90, of Reddick, Ill., passed away Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2013, at her home.

Born Dec. 31, 1922, to the late Andrew James and Emma (O’Brien) King, she graduated from Reddick High School with the Class of 1940.

She was a member of the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in South Wilmington, Ill. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family.

Surviving are three daughters, JoAnn (the late Richard) Quigley of Wilmington, Ill., Bev (Mike) Hogan of Dwight, Ill., and Mary (Saul) Paulius of Downers Grove, Ill.; 10 grandchildren, Theresa (Chris Foskett) Quigley, Matthew (Rhonda) Quigley, Patrick (Tracy) Quigley, Margaret (Robert) Gabriel, Kathryn (Craig) Long, Jaclyn Quigley, Cari (Devin) Parker, Jenni (Nick Machulis) Hogan, Kristen Paulius, and Kathe Paulius; 13 great-grandchildren, Kasey, Mitchell, Anna, Emily, Madison, Natalie, Jimmy, Nicci, Gavin, Braden, Penny, Ercole “Cole”, and Abigail; a close family friend, Ashley Morrow; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Ecrole Arthur Residori, whom she married Oct. 27, 1945, in Essex, Ill.; a grandson, Ryan Hogan; and a sister, Rita Quigley.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Anna’s caregivers, Tiffany Loveland and Rhonda Mandat.

Funeral services will be from the R.W. Patterson Funeral Homes Ltd. & Crematory, Braidwood Chapel, 401 E. Main St., Braidwood, at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 9, to the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in South Wilmington for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. The Rev. Greg Podwysocki will officiate.

Interment will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Dwight, Ill.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, at the funeral chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name to Kankakee Valley Hospice or St. Jude Children’s Hospital would be appreciated.
