Rick J. Devine, 31, of Manhattan, was arrested by Channahon police Aug. 11 for driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, and failure to signal when required. David A. Wachtl, 28, of Channahon, was arrested by Channahon Police Monday, Aug. 12, on an outstanding Kendall County warrant. Wachtl posted the required $875 bond and was released.

Morris

Jesus Diaz-Rodriguez, 26, 414 Armstrong St., was arrested Aug. 10 by Morris police on a charge of driving while license revoked. He posted $150 bond and was released with an Aug. 26 court date.

Ismael Barbosa, 60, Morris, was arrested Aug. 10 by Morris police on a charge of domestic battery. He was taken to the Grundy County Jail in lieu of bond.

Gabriela Alfaro, 33, Romeoville, was arrested Aug. 11 by Morris police on a charge of driving while license revoked after he was stopped for speeding. He could not post bond and was taken to the Grundy County Jail.

Melissa K. Raymond, 834 E. Benton St., was arrested Aug. 11 by Morris police on a LaSalle County warrant after she was stopped for speeding. She could not post bond and was taken to the Grundy County Jail.

Adam R. Stevens, 28, Morris, was arrested Aug. 14 by Morris police on a Grundy County warrant for failure to appear in court on theft charges. He was unable to post bond and taken to the Grundy County Jail.

Kendall County

Plastic flowers valued at $10 were stolen from along Van Dyke Road in Minooka on Sunday, Aug. 11. Anthony Moses Jr. of Berkeley was working security around 3230 Van Dyke Road when the theft occurred shortly after midnight. Moses told Kendall County deputies a white male in a white Buick SUV stopped and removed the flowers.

Kendall County deputies are investigating the theft of a 1,000-gallon propane tank from a home on the 3400 block of Bell Road, in unincorporated Minooka. The tank, which belonged to Service Gas Inc., 401 Wall. St. Morris, was stolen between 4:30 p.m. May 4, 2012, and 3 p.m. on Aug. 13, 2013. There are no known suspects.
