Morris Library Board seats two new trustees

MORRIS – The Morris Area Public Library Board of Trustees has seated two new members.

Theresa Panzica and Kay Livingston are filling vacant trustee seats, according to a news release from the library. Several applications were filed by those interested in filling the openings, and were considered during the October board meeting.

Both new trustees have previous library board experience. Panzica served on the Morris library board and Livingston on the Yorkville Public Library Board. Panzica and Livingston bring years of knowledge and experience to the table.

The Board of Trustees is pleased to welcome these two members whose expertise and support will prove tremendous assets in continuing the board’s work to ensure the fulfillment of the library’s vision and mission.

The next library board meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 14. The meeting is open to the public and visitors are welcome to attend.
