Note to readers: Information in Police Reports is obtained from local police departments and the Grundy County sheriff’s office. Individuals listed in Police Reports who have been charged with a crime have not been proven guilty in court.

Morris

• Lakiesha A. Newell, 30, was arrested by Morris police and booked into the Grundy County Jail on June 4 on a Will County failure-to-appear warrant for driving with a suspended license. Newell was given a July 2 court date.

• Allan A. Friant, 33, was arrested by Morris police on June 4 on a Cook County warrant for a conditional release violation for driving under the influence. He posted bond and was released for July 1 court date.

• Ashley Hansen, 22, of Mazon, was arrested by Morris police on June 4 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia. She posted bond and was released with a July 7 court date.

Grundy County

• Anthony P. Zuck, 44, of Coal City, was arrested by Grundy County sheriff’s deputies and booked into the Grundy County Jail on June 2 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, fleeing/eluding police and driving with a revoked license. He also was cited for speeding.

• David G. Duggan, 65, of Marseilles, was arrested by Grundy County sheriff’s deputies and booked into the Grundy County Jail on June 2 on a failure-to-appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance. He was given a June 16 court date.

• Jeremy L. Hearring, 37, of Maywood, was arrested by Grundy County sheriff’s deputies and booked into the Grundy County Jail on June 2 on a failure-to-appear warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jeremy L. Merrick, 25, was booked into the Grundy County Jail on June 4 for a drug court violation.

Minooka

• Thomas R. Stokke, 23, of Minooka, was arrested by Minooka police on June 1 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and on a DUI warrant.

LaSalle County

• Clayton M. Gerlach, 25, of Marseilles, was arrested by LaSalle County sheriff’s deputies and booked into the LaSalle County Jail on June 1 on a charge of driving under the influence. He also was cited for littering on highways.
