Morris man faces DUI charge

MORRIS POLICE arrested a man for DUI about 6:25 p.m. Saturday, May 16, on W. Washington Street.

Mike Biederstedt, 36, Morris, was stopped for improper lane usage and not wearing a seat belt in the 200 block of W. Washington St.

Sgt. Gregg Sager reported Biederstedt appeared intoxicated and was charged with DUI. Open liquor was found in the vehicle.

Biederstedt posted bond and was given a court date.
