
Supplier files against construction companyA company filed suit in circuit court Friday, seeking to collect $116,266.81 from a Wilmington construction company. Carroll Distributing and Construction Supply filed the suit against S. Taylor Construction of Wilmington and Michael Ray Taylor of Marseilles seeking to collect the money. According to the complaint, during 2007, Taylor purchased construction materials worth $84,649.71 from Carroll Distributing. There is now interest due of $31,617.34 through June 7 and it is accumulating at the rate of $43.46 per day. Carroll also asked the court to order Taylor to return the windows, rebar, insulation and other materials which were not paid for. Comments
