Two homeless people facing drug charges

Two people who claimed to be homeless were arrested Wednesday. Aug. 12 on drug charges by the Metropolitan Area Narcotics Squad.

Audrey Kraatz, 35, was charged with the delivery of Alprazolam (Xanax) within 1,000 feet of a park in Morris on Wednesday, Aug. 12.

Kraatz and George Wicks, 18, were charged with delivery of 10 to 30 grams of marijuana on Aug. 3.

Bond was set at $2,500 cash for Kraatz. She remained in the county jail on Friday. Wicks posted $500 cash bond and was released.

Public Defender J. D. Flood was ordered to represent them.
