Daniel Hale, 21, Plainfield, was placed on conditional discharge for two years with 10 days in the county jail for DUI. He was fined $1,250, ordered to obtain an valuation and attend a victim impact panel. He began serving the jail sentence Monday. He was charged July 11 on Gore Road, east of Lisbon Road.
Timothy Anderson, 40, 240 E. Southmor Road, was placed on conditional discharge for two years with 14 days in the county jail for driving with a suspended license. He began serving the sentence on Monday. He was also ordered to pay $160 costs. He was charged May 9 at Southmor and Lynn Roads.
Aug. 13 charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed. He was charged by Minooka police.
Wendy Pierritz, 33, Mabel Court, was placed on supervision for two years and fined $1,075 for DUI. She was ordered to attend a victim impact panel. She was charged July 8 on Pine Bluff Road, east of Illinois 47. An improper lane usage charge was dismissed.
Ryan Mulder, 21, 321 1/2 North St.,was placed on conditional discharge for one year, fined $165 and ordered to complete 100 hours of community service work for resisting police. He was charged Aug. 29 with walking away from Morris police when told to stop so they could talk to him about a fight on Washington Street.
Nicholas Reich, 21, Rockford, was placed on conditional discharge for one year and fined $850 for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was charged July 13 at E. South Railroad and Mitchell streets, Braceville.
Michael Wojcik, 19, Montgomery, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $165 for the Sept. 4 theft of a Monster drink from Walmart.
A trespassing charge was dismissed against Michael Harvey, 53, 301 W. Main, Braceville. He was charged June 27 by Rich Brookman for entering 106 Van Horn, Braceville.
Amanda Pearson, 19, 545 E. High St., was placed on supervision for one year and fined $165 for battery. She was charged Aug. 26 with striking a juvenile in Goold Park.
A resisting police charge was dismissed against Todd Osinski, 39, 9 Cherry, Minooka. He was charged April 11 with moving towards Deputy Brett Black in an aggressive manner.
Robert Johnson, 21, 9385 Saratoga Road, was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $185 for improper lane usage June 22 at 7555 Saratoga Road.
Jonathan Flores, 20, 1316 Wabena, Minooka, was fined $75 for going 53 in a 40 mph zone, Sept. 7 at Ridge and Edgewater.
A ticket for unnecessary noise was dismissed against Jeffrey Philgren, 20, 5390 Aux Sable Dr. He was charged July 14 at 2403 Chestnut.
Tony Rutherford, 17, 2019 Locust, was fined $55 for not wearing a seat belt, Sept. 23.
