A CHANNAHON man was charged with DUI by Minooka police about 2 a.m. Sunday Oct. 25.

Richard Harris, 62, 24455 Moorman, Channahon, was also ticketed for improper lane usage. He posted $100 and his driver's license. He was given a Dec. 7 court date.

Minooka police reported they saw Harris cross two lanes while making a left turn, then tail gate another driver and go over the median and fog lines.

After stopping him near Ridge Road and Clennon Drive, police reported he was unable to complete the field sobriety tests. He was then charged with DUI.
