Philip Warren, 39, 603 1/2 Douglas St., was found not guilty of domestic battery. He was charged March 20 with pushing a youth into a cabinet at his residence.
Zdzislan Platos, 30, Illinois 47, Newark, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $250 for trespassing at the Pilot Travel Center, Minooka, on Sept. 26. A resisting police charge for refusing to leave the Pilot station was dismissed.
Bryan Nelson, 18, 123 E. Main, was fined $100 for trespassing in Goold Park on Aug. 28.
Cassandra Clark, 23, 175 Cermak, Braidwood, was placed on supervision for six months, fined $150 and ordered to pay $421.29 restitution for deceptive practice. She was charged with writing four checks to Marketti BP which were not paid by Centrue Bank. The checks were written June 27 for $81.50, June 25 for $115.97, June 15 for $108.01 and Sept. 13 for $115.81.
Ashlie Hildy, 17, N. Dwight Road, was not prosecuted for criminal damage to property. She was charged Aug. 12 with spraying graffiti on an Illinois 47 River Bridge pillar.
Paul Tondini, 45, 1730 Cemetery Road, was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $185 for driving a truck, which was 64 feet long, over the 55-foot limit. He was charged Sept. 23 at Cemetery Road and Washington streets.
Aaron Rossman, 22, 110 Heritage Dr., was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $185 for disobeying the stop sign at Maple and Mary streets, Coal City, on Sept. 5.
