Woman charged with theft of medicationA woman was placed on conditional discharge for two years after she pleaded guilty in circuit court last Wednesday to the theft of medication from Morris Healthcare and Rehabilitation. Faye Stathas, 41, 2510 Clark St., Diamoind, was also fined $1,000. She was charged Dec. 29 with possession of alprazolam (Xanax) and propoxyphene napsylate (Darvocet) and the theft of medication from Morris Healthcare. In court, the possession charges were dismissed. Comments
