Ezariah Haydon, 26, Streator, was placed on supervision for six months, fined $155 and ordered to pay $90 restitution for theft. He was charged April 21 with taking a nail gun from Menards.

Kevin Staley, 31, 11400 Grove Road, Minooka, was placed on supervision for one year, fined $155 and ordered to pay $658.88 restitution for deceptive practice. He was charged Aug. 16, 2004, with writing a check for that amount to Walmart, which was not paid by Founders Bank.

Michelle Pino, 37, Bolingbrook, was placed on supervision for one year, fined $165 and ordered to pay $1,500 restitution for deceptive practice. She was charged Oct. 28, 2008, with writing a check for $1,500 to John DeYoung of Shorewood, which was not paid by Chase Bank.

Trinidad Calvillo, 26, Minooka, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $275 for driving with a suspended license July 23 at Ridge Road and Edgewater, Minooka.

Allison Giordano, 24, Braidwood, was placed on supervision for one year and fined $160 for driving with a suspended license March 26 at Pine Bluff and Dresden roads.

Kevin Stubblefield, 20, 157 Main, Seneca, was placed on supervision for one year and fined $275 for driving with a suspended license July 4 at Gonnam and DuPont roads. A Sept. 12 suspended license ticket, issued at Benton and Wauponsee streets, was dismissed.

Saudeeq Omar, 30, Chicago, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $275 for driving with a suspended license April 29 on Division Street. An improper lane usage charge was dismissed.

Wesley Kowalewski, 19, 917 E.Douglas St., was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $150 for illegal transportation of liquor July 8 at East and Douglas streets.

A ticket for driving with a suspended license was dismissed against Tamara Brooks, 43, 1300 Liberty St., who was cited Nov. 5 at Washington and Armstrong streets.

Allan Avila, 25, 101 Gracie Square, was fined $200 for not having a valid license Oct. 5 on Grant Street.

Sergio Flores-Garcia, 27, 2690 Cemetery Road, was fined $100 for not having a valid license Oct. 15 on Armstrong Street.

Nannette Jones, 58, 1231 Butler, was fined $100 for making an improper left turn Oct. 4 at Division and Illinois Avenue. Tickets for driving with an expired license and not having proof of insurance were dismissed.

Elizabeth Albert, 17, 24337 Blackhawk, Channahon, was found guilty of going 59 in a 35 mph zone at McEvilly and Bell roads, Minooka. Sentencing was set for June 1, 2010.

Kelly Netrual, 15, 105 Pine, Gardner, was ordered to do 15 hours of community service work for possession of tobacco on Oct. 17.
