Jonathan Howe, 25, Joliet, was placed on supervision for two years and fined $675 for DUI. He was sentenced to 10 days in the county jail with credit for one day served. He is to serve the rest of the sentence starting Jan. 1. Howe must also complete counseling and attend a victim impact panel.

He was charged March 15 on Bob Blair Road in Minooka. Tickets for driving with a suspended registration and not having proof of insurance were dismissed.

Zachary DeBerry, 17, Plainfield, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $250 for illegal possession of liquor for having a 30-pack of beer. An illegal transportation of liquor charge was dismissed. He was cited Nov. 14 at Ridge and Bob Blair roads, Minooka.

Justin Harrison, 19, Godley, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $250 for illegal consumption of liquor. He was charged July 4 on Kankakee Road.

Douglas Claypool, 8600 Kinsman Road, Kinsman, was placed on supervision for one year, fined $155 and ordered to pay $115 restitution for deceptive practice. He was charged Sept. 5 with writing a check for $115 to Sklut's Men's Wear. The check was not paid by Standard Bank.

Gail Oster, 32, 560 Twilight, was fined $75 for going 84 in a 65 mph zone Nov. 19 on Interstate 80, east of Morris.
